Welcome to Reach The Stars Dance Studio! By enrolling in our classes, accessing our services, or entering our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, parents/guardians (for minors), and visitors of Reach the Stars Dance Studio.

  • Our services include dance classes, workshops, events, and any other activities offered by our studio.

2. Enrollment and Fees

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the required fees.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.

  • Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in dance activities involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained.

  • Reach the Stars Dance Studio and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on or off the premises during participation in our programs.

  • All participants are encouraged to consult with their physician before engaging in dance activities.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards staff, instructors, and other participants is expected at all times.

  • The studio reserves the right to remove any individual who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5. Property and Facilities

  • The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on the premises.

  • Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and use the studio’s equipment responsibly.

6. Media Release

  • By enrolling in our classes, you grant Reach the Stars Dance Studio permission to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during classes or events for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing

7. Changes to Terms

  • Reach the Stars Dance Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
